During the guests stay,rooms are provided with:
- Daily cleaning from 08:00 to 13:00 (if the room is not vacated on time , cleaning can be done after 13:00, at the request of the guest, and will be done for extra fee);
- Linen changing is done every 5 days (additional change, at the request of the guest, which is paid separately);
- Changing of towels is done every 4 days (additional change, at the request of the guest, which is paid separately);
Additional paid services are provided: cleaning and linen changing more often than the stated time with an advance agreement with the administrator and for an extra fee.
In case of loss or damage to the property by the Guest, the cost of the damage caused has to be paid immediately on the spot.
In case of violation of the rules on behalf of the guest, the property Administrator has the right to immediately terminate the guests stay in the property, cancel the reservation without a refund.

The cost of a transfer from the airport Burgas to Sozopol is 30€ by car and and 35€ by minibus respectively.
